Delivery Information

You have the option of standard or express shipping. Standard shipping is complimentary for orders shipping for worldwide to one address. Online orders cannot be delivered to Parcel Lockers or PO Box.  If an order is submitted with a Parcel Locker delivery address, your order and payment will be unaccepted or unprocessed by nazeejewels.com . Under these conditions, the order payment may appear as ‘Pending’ (or collateral) on the associated bank statement. Funds to the value of the order may be held by the financial institution for a number of days before being made available again. Please contact your financial institution if you require further information.

If your street address is not serviced by a local postal service, please contact our helpful Consumer Experience team at support@nazeejewels.com A signature is required for all nazeejewels.com orders. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a postal pick up card will be left for you. You will need to take it in to the post office stated on the card and provide identification to collect your parcel. Purchases made on ww.nazeejewels.com can be shipped to anywhere in the world.

You will receive an email from nazeejewels.com when your order is shipped. This email will contain a tracking number and a link which will enable you to track the progress of your delivery. The email will also indicate the date your order is expected to arrive. Please note that Gift Cards are not
tracked.. Your order will usually be delivered on time, although delays may occasionally occur. Factors beyond our control may impact delivery times and these may include unforeseen impacts caused by our delivery partners, weather disturbances and system failures. nazeejewels.com carries no liability in these cases and strongly recommends that orders are placed as early as possible if they are required by a specific date. Orders placed between Monday and Friday by 2pm GMT will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later.

Deliveries are not available on weekends and cannot be made to Parcel Locker addresses.
