Return Policy

It is our part policy to acquire merchandise returns within thirty (14) days of the original purchase date. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund excluding shipping charges if it is:

  • New and unused
  • In its original packaging

The following products may NOT be returned:

  • Special or Custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchange
  • Custom engraved jewelry is not eligible for refund or exchange
  • Merchandise that has been used
  • Gift Cards
  • Items not purchased at www.nazeejewels.com

The return must be admitted within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions may apply for gift items.  If returning to an item to www.nazeejewels.com, you are responsible for all consignment charges. Nonetheless, you will be credited for shipping if the product was impaired or faulty, or the wrong item was shipped.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or purchasing gift card only.

Defective merchandise may be exchanged for other merchandise of equal or greater value outside of the policy with approval from an authorized Jewelryrehouse associate.
